Fall 2014 Enrollment

Use StudentAccess to submit Enrollment Exceptions to add, drop,
change grading options, or change the unit value of a course.

Further information on Enrollment Exceptions is available for both students and faculty/staff.

 


 
THE DEADLINE TO ADD CLASSES IS NOW EARLIER

The enrollment deadline to add classes via WebReg has been moved to an earlier date:
Friday of the 2nd week of instruction at 5 p.m.

Beginning Monday of the 3rd week of instruction, an Enrollment Exception Request and $3 service charge are required to add classes, drop classes, change grading option, and change variable units.

Notices and Upcoming Deadlines:

Students:

Friday, October 17, 5 p.m.: Last day to add a class.

Friday, October 17, 5 p.m.: Last day to drop a class.

Friday, October 17, 5 p.m.: Last day to change grade option or variable units.

Wednesday, October 22, noon: Graduate students–last day to submit a fall quarter approved petition for part-time study to Graduate Division (120 Aldrich Hall).

Friday, October 24, 4 p.m.: Undergraduate students–last day to submit a fall quarter approved petition for part-time study to the Registrar (215 Aldrich Hall).

Friday, October 24, 4 p.m.: Final deadline for paying fees and enrolling late for fall quarter. Student status lost if fees not paid and/or enrolled in zero units. Readmission required to attend a future quarter.

Friday, December 12, 5 p.m.: Begin submitting final grades for Fall 2014 via WebGrades.

Monday, December 22, 5 p.m.: Deadline to submit final grades for Fall 2014 via WebGrades.
